Get Everything Out In The Open
To organize your jewelry and accessories, you need to have a good idea of everything you have. Start by laying everything out, whether that be on your bed, nightstand, or anywhere you will have enough room to see everything visually.
Out With the Old
We all have accessories that we don’t wear anymore, whether they are outdated or you don’t like it anymore, it’s time to let them go. You could donate them to Goodwill, sell them on Craigslist, or sell them on the Facebook Market Place. Selling your unused jewelry could be a great way to make a few extra dollars too!
Organize Your Piles
Put all of your “chunky” necklaces in one pile, your delicate chains in another. Line up your stud earrings, with the pairs matching up, and your dangle earrings in another line. Do you have several watches, bracelets, or sunglasses? Put these in separate piles as well. Now the scarves, ties, and belts, lay them all out and categorize them by season and, or color.
